Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription order, so you can try Meche with complete confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This guarantee applies only to your initial subscription purchase.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

To request a refund, contact us at info@mechewellness.com. If approved, we will refund the product value to your original payment method, minus a $7 restocking fee. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

For all other orders, we do not offer returns or exchanges as we do not resell any products that have left our warehouse. Once your money-back request has been approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@mechewellness.com.

Refund Exclusions

Unfortunately we only allow returns for initial subscription orders. Returns are not accepted on non-subscription orders unless there is a quality concern.
