Works when others haven't
I am totally surprised that this is working so well and so fast. Usually, I take 3-5 sleeping aids and they MIGHT work in a couple of hours. This one really delivers a calming effect and within the 30 minutes it suggests. Like the Body Sync strip, it's so difficult to open. That's the only thing that should be changed. The packaging is yuk, the product is great!

Seems perfect.
I’ve tried everything from CBD to limited amounts of THC gummies to L-Glycine and Power Down seems to really work where the others missed the boat. I only have two days in but so far, I’m thrilled with the results.
