Tastes like Fruit Roll Ups, Then Knocks Me Out
I have been an insomniac forever. Used to stay up til 3am almost every night because I just couldn’t sleep. Eventually I discovered melatonin gummies, which were great and solved my issues. I gave these sleep strips a try recently after seeing their ads online, and I was impressed! I fall asleep more quickly than with gummies, and have more consistent sleep throughout the night. Feels more restorative. Definitely going to try their other strips!

Up every hour!
I put it on my tongue, and it immediately stuck to the roof of my mouth didn’t like the taste, and it had me waking up and peeing every hour for the entire night. I just threw out all the rest of them.
