Frequently Asked
Questions

What is power down?

A fast-acting sleep support strip designed to help you fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up refreshed.

How does power down work?

Power Down combines melatonin, saffron, tart cherry, and L-theanine to support your natural sleep cycle and promote deep, restorative rest. The strips dissolve quickly on the tongue so you feel the benefits fast.

Will I feel groggy in the morning?

Power Down is designed to help you wake up refreshed without the morning drag. Most customers report feeling alert, not foggy upon waking.

What is Affron®?

Affron® is a clinically studied extract of saffron that supports sleep quality, restorative rest. It is also known to support brighter mood, focus and recovery.

Why Is Power Down Different?

Most sleep aids knock you out and leave you groggy in the morning. Power Down supports mood, stress, and your body’s natural rhythm for better sleep and better mornings when you take it, and over time.

Is Melatonin Bad For you?

Like any supplement, whether melatonin is right for you can depend on your individual needs and how it’s used. Melatonin is naturally produced by the body and helps regulate your internal clock, signaling that it’s time for sleep.

Power Down contains a small, 5mg dose of melatonin, alongside saffron, L-theanine, and tart cherry, to support falling asleep fast and overall sleep quality. Follow the suggested use and check with your healthcare provider if you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Odd flavor, but works!
I have only tried one so far. At first the strip tasted like a cross between peach and apricot. But it soon transitioned to I don’t know what. I did go to bed about 11.00 p.m. and woke up about 8 hours later. Woot, woot! Or rather win, win! I can deal with this odd flavor so long as it works!
